I just did a "Google" search for "Blackhawk 20 tractor" and came up with these:

And this site we are on lists manuals for Blackhawk model tractors made by Cockshutt. So my guess is you have a Cockshutt tractor, probably made between 1930 and 1960. Someone that knows these better than I do can probably narrow that down, but at least I got a place for you to start.
