Can't really help much--thought it was an Indian tractor at first (lots of Google hits on Eichers, and a piece saying sold tractors, engines and gears lines to TAFE Motors & Traders, Ltd, wholly-owned subsid of Tractors & Farm Eqpmt, Ltd, apparently of India. There's a site eicherworld.com, with a dealer page I couldn't get to operate, but it doesn't mention tractors (probably because of the sale to TAFE)...then there's postings about Eichers on another tractor site (email for name), talking about Eichers built in Germany, discontinued 2-3-4 yrs ago. Try running the archives there; if no parts sources show up at least there'll be other owners to contact. Good luck.
