Hi. We just purchased a Ford 2000.
My boys and I restore small aircraft as a hobby and we purchased the tractor to cut the grass at the airport.
To be honest, we know nothing about small Ford tractors.
Could someone please give us the year of our tractor?

Does anyone know of a Ford tractor enthusiast near Raleigh NC
who could work on this tractor?
I suspect something is clearly wrong with the PTO. I understand that there are many
PTO implementations. Our tractor is an 8 speed. The PTO does not disengage when
you press the clutch all of the way down. You must start the tractor with the PTO engaged
to run the mower. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
