my wife and I have 8 acres with three rental houses on it. We live 6 miles from it.

The place needs general landscape clean up/mowing and brush cleaning. We are thinking of buying a used tractor with a loader and rear mower. We would keep it for a couple of years then sell it. Does anyone have any advice on which brand or type/size to buy? The property is quite flat, lots of blackberries. Thank you.
