I have to know what fuel system is on your tractor to help w/ repair.. but in the meantime, pull the dip stick & check the oil level.. if its hi and theres fuel in it, DONT RUN IT..
IF its heavy black smoke & it skips, it probably has a blown tip on an injector.. DONT RUN IT..
