from Hesston tractor owners / operators would greatly appreciate you opinions on the Hesston tractors.
I Looked at a used Hesston tractor with 2450 hours with a 6' brush cutter. Needs a battery will jump start. The hood has the the numbers 65-66.5 on it & it has a 4 cylinder diesel. I can probably get it for under 4K.
The seller bought it used for cutting brush. Claims it runs good.
Has no manual & he does't know much about the product. He now has a new JD.
I don't know anything about a Hesston tractor other than what Little I hear a Fiat & Italian made I have about 8 acres of field needing To be cut. Would a Hesston be a machine for the job or should I stay away from Hesston? I have never seen another Hesston around my area.
