I have a gas 4400 John Deere Combine that's in great shape, but really uses a lot of fuel. I needed a 443 corn head for my gas combine, but it came with a 4400 diesel combine. The diesel motor runs great but the combine is in very poor condition. Has anyone ever changed motors in their 4400 combine over from gas to Diesel? How hard is it to do? Any main things to look out for.
