Hi
I have a TD 9 swing crane with a gas engine,(4 CYLINDER) it sat for 28 years. I cleaned the carb,oil,water,fuel tank.The motor spins free I took the head off cleaned the valves and put it back together. My problem is I can't get it to fire or smoke.At first I had no compression in 1,3,and 4 ( diden' check 2)so thought it was timing,or valve adjustment.I moved the distributer 180 and now 3 &4 blowes my finger off the spark plug hole, 1&2 still nothing?.It has a newer style coil on it and has spark to the spark plugs. I did notice that the plugs are dry meaning no fuel either.The carb has fuel in it. This TD9 did get some water in it threw the exhust thats why i took off the head cleaned it and seated the valves. Need help
