Jay, are you talking about the "fuel delivery pump" or the "hand operated primer pump"? Both are pretty much sealed with o-rings, my guess is one or more of the o-rings are worn out or the plunger in the fuel delivery pump is stuck. Also on Zetor engines, if you ever loosen a fuel line you should replace the copper rings that seal it. I've fought with many a Zetor fuel system because of 1 or 2 stupid little copper washers that wouldn't reseal.
