I have a White (Iseki) 2-65 tractor that will not start. If I turn it over it wants to start and will start if pulled by another tractor. Power is low when running. I have run a compression check and two of the cly. are in the 270 range. I am going to adjust the valves in all cyl and then recheck. Fuel is coming to all lines fresh fuel in tank. Any other ideas??
