Is it a hydrostatic transmission, but you said clutch. It could be unrelated but if the tractor bogs down with the clutch , something else is wrong.
Respond back with more details. Seat switch etc could be shutting the tractor down.
Could dextron 3 have locked up your 3pt. Running 1 qt low should not have caused any problem assuming you have about 4-5 gal reserve of trans oil all the time.
