I put a new hydralic pump in my zetor 5000. The three point hitch came up one time. I released it so the arms could go down, and I can't get them to come up again. I have tried all of the different positions and nothing happens. The outer control works fine. If anyone can give an idea of what is could be wrong,I would appreciate it. Thanks
