Is this the electronic handle on the top of the steering lever? They are easy to replace, just raise the cab and cut the plug off the end of the wires. Leave enough wire so you can see the wire colors. Yank the old handle off the stick, pulling all of the wires out. Feed the wires from the new handle down and use the colors from the old wires to tell you where to put the new wires. See, that was easy.
