You could try taking the fuel line from the fuel tank off and put a rubber hose in a small can and hook it to your fuel pump. Some times if you hand pump your fuel pump you can pick the prime back up. Are you sure your diaframe did not go out? If your diafram went out it will not reprime or pick up any fuel.
