I have a long 460 tractor and am having power steering problems. Oil level is good but tractor is very hard to steer. I disconnected the two hydraulic lines going into the ram and they both dischage fluid depending on which way the steering wheel is turned. Do ya'll think the pump is bad or could the hydraulic ram be bad? Any advice on troubleshooting the problem would be appreciated. I hate to buy a new pump if that is not the problem.
Thanks
