Had the same problem in the same circumstances with my 5211. It ended up being caused by trash in fuel tank. I made sure the filter was clean, blew out all the fuel lines then drained the tank and filtered the diesel that came out. I pulled the tank from the tractor and used a pump-up sprayer and the filtered diesel I had drained to thoroughly wash the interior of the fuel tank - especially the corners. I then put it all back together and it has worked great since.
