Pulling and running a baler may be different things, your tractor has about 45 PTO HP and weights about 4000lbs empty or a lot more with add on weights or fluid in the tires. Your tractor would put you in the range of some older Farmalls of that hp size or smaller which certainly ran square balers all the time, I believe a round bailer takes more power than that. But you would have to see the requirements of each bailer you would consider buying and find out their HP requirements. The pulling and running a baler on slopes could tax the stopping and pulling power of your tractor, if you are pulling a trailer behind it is even worse. If you find somewhat of a lighter weight baler and don't pull a trailer you should be better off. But if we don't know the slope or terrain you are talking about we can't give you a good definitive answer.
