End pieces are cut in profile of the base for a neat fit. Weld-on
end pieces are better than single, formed pieces for several reasons:
- Strength: heating and bending the ends weakens the edge at the
most critical point - the corners. Welding the end pieces creates a
strong, straight corner.
- Precise fit: you control the spacing of the end pieces to ensure
a proper fit.
- Easy installation: you control the spacing of the end pieces in
the corners. This saves time over trying to make a large bucket fit
a small edge or by filling gaps with weld.
- Cost: end pieces take less time to manufacture, which saves you
money.
