Tractor manual orders take 7-10 days to process before shipment. Manuals
are shipped primarily via the U.S. Postal Service. For expedited service, please
call or email us to make special arrangements. Tractor parts are usually
shipped via FedEx (except for smaller items). Tractor implements are shipped
using the best carrier available for the given weight.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in original resaleable condition, including packing materials with which the item was originally shipped. There is
a 20% restocking fee for returned items, and we cannot refund shipping except due to seller error.
Custom-made orders are subject to a 20% fee upon refund.
Tractor manuals must be returned in original condition, and
manuals shipped in plastic wrapping may not have been opened. Customer assumes responsibility
