Can the crankshaft rear oil seal in a 1954 Ford NAA tractor be replaced without pulling the engine? (May seem like a stupid question but I don’t know.)

The neoprene type you can, the part # is C0NN6701A. If you have the rope seal you have to pull the engine.

How do I set the crank position for injector pump timing on a Cat 3304 engine ser# 07Z10882 on a 518 Skidder?
I have the inj pump pin in the pump. I can not find anywhere to set the crank position.
